WK Sterling Silver QVC MOP W/ Faceted dome top Ladies sz 7.25 Ring. I believe this is a QVC item. It has a large faceted dome shaped stone that looks like a moonstone but I believe it is really a mother of pearl with a faceted glass on top of it but I am not a gemologist so i am unsure of what stone it is. It measures approx 21mmx 17mm. Excellent condition just needs polished. Marked 925 WK
